At Spring Roofs, our promise of exceptional craftsmanship is backed by our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty on all standing seam roofing systems. As part of this industry-leading warranty, a Spring Roofs team member will visit your home once a year to:
- Walk your roof and conduct a full inspection
- Check fasteners for backing out
- Inspect for dry rot around penetrations and eaves
- Reseal at eaves and other critical points
- Check for scratches and finish damage
- Identify any material or installation issues
- Ensure your roof remains in optimal condition
All installation-related issues discovered during these inspections will be corrected free of charge, and this coverage lasts as long as you own your home.
This warranty is fully transferable to the next homeowner, providing lasting value if you decide to sell.
Standard Workmanship Warranty
For our Tuff Rib (through-fastened) and Metal Shingle systems, we provide a standard two-year workmanship warranty.
- Coverage: Installation-related defects are corrected at no charge within two years of your roof installation.
- Inspection Policy: Unlike our premium systems, we do not schedule annual inspections by default. If you notice a problem, simply contact us and our team will promptly address any installation-related issues.
Upgrade Your Coverage – Annual Inspection & Care Package
For even greater peace of mind, Tuff Rib and Metal Shingle customers can purchase our optional Workmanship Warranty Package.
- Annual Roof Walk & Inspection: We will come out once a year, walk your roof, and perform the same thorough inspection as our premium system customers—including checks of fasteners, dry rot, sealants, and finish condition.
- All Installation Issues Fixed Free: Any installation-related problems identified are repaired at no cost.
- Priority Service: Warranty package holders receive priority support and scheduling.
